According to Department of Education and Training (DET), children seeking enrolment to the school need to be at least five years of age by the 30th April in the year of enrolment.
Enrolment for Foundation students, as well as new students to the school, are accepted at any time during the year, however, these need to be made at the school - on the form provided by the school.
When enrolling your child for Foundation, please bring along your child’s Birth Certificate and letter from the Childhood Immunisation Register.
The following forms are required to be completed to enrol your child at Tallarook Primary School. If you are unable to print these forms, please contact the school office we are more than happy to mail them to you or you can collect them from the school.2019 Transition Flyer
